I’m glad you’re here, welcome to my website.
My name is Maria and I am 26 years old. For the past years, I travelled more than 40 countries and lived long-term in a few of them.
In May 2023, I moved into my self-converted van called Fred and started travelling full-time, to get to know the world a little better.
After more than two years, I have finally reached my destination: Mongolia. Besides, I am not technically solo-travelling anymore, since I adopted my dog Vedi in January 2024.
This website is the place to follow our trip.

UPDATE: FUNDING CAMPAIGN CLOSED
You guys kept me moving and supported me with a total of more than 600 euros. That’s absolutely incredible! In June 2025 I have reached my destination Mongolia and I have therefore ended the gas funding campaign. An overview is still accessible below.
